AKEPUR® 1100 HIGH VOLUME
highly liquid, solvent-free 2-component resin based on PUR with strong volume-filling properties, rigid and impact-resistant, very short working time (approx. 2 min), short expansion time (approx. 5 min), fast surface drying (approx. 12 min), fast hardening (approx. 25 min), good resistance to solvents, low water absorption, good adhesion on metal, ABS, PVC, GRP, ceramics, natural and artificial stone, mixing ratio 1:1
For the fast and easy production of lightweight constructions. Especially suitable for applying to the back of specially shaped shower trays, washbasins, sinks. For reinforcement of thin stone applications with natural stone, quartz, large-size ceramics and for filling structural cavities.

Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If experiencing respiratory symptoms: Call a POISON CENTER/doctor. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Store locked up. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations. Contains isocyanates. May produce an allergic reaction. As from 24 August 2023 adequate training is required before industrial or professional use. Contains: diphenylmethanediisocyanate,isomeres and homologues, diphenylmethane-4,4'-di-isocyanante, diphenylmethane-2,4'-diisocyanate.
