Using colours is the basic work of a stonemason, individual mixing and applying is already part of their training. Decoration works on monuments and gravestones can be refined and details can be stressed when using colours.

AKEMI has enlarged the existing lettering colour programme by 9 shades to 17 colours in total. The assortment now consists of the following colours: dark gold, antique-gold, antique-silver, brown, red brown, clay brown, rape yellow, ochre, signal blue, grass green, signal red, white, traffic white, light grey, dark grey, anthracite and black.

These colours have a high covering power, are weather- and UV resistant as well as fast drying. An additional prime coat is not necessary due to the excellent adhesion of the lettering colours.
