AKEPUR® 150 SANDWICH ADHESIVE

creamy, paste-like 2-component adhesive based on PUR, elastic adhesive gap, compensates different thermal expansions of parts being bonded, fast processing time (15 min), which is especially important for a fast further treatment of bonded parts, already transportable within 1.5 h, grindable after approx. 6 h, high bonding power, good resistance to solvents, very low shrinkage, not UV-stable, mixing ratio 4:1

Used for the production of sandwich constructions. In this process, large area stone slabs (natural stone, quartz, ceramics) are bonded with various other materials (metals, PUR- and PS-foams, GRP, PVC, ABS). Suitable for vertical and horizontal bondings.
