The Palais Royal in Paris is a city palace in the heart of the capital, situated about 150 meters north of the Louvre. Restoration of the architectural pillars and the courtyard floor was made with AKEMI products, by injection into fissures, cavities and smallest holes. A transparent marble filler was used for bonding and filling of spallings. For an optimum water-, grease- and oil-repellent surface protection an impregnation was applied afterwards.
